A large Japanese bronze baluster jar and domed cover,the finial modelled as birds amongst leafy branches, the handles modelled as further birds, the body decorated with bands of cranes in flight, dragons and phoenix on archaic and geometric grounds -- 25in. (63.5cm) high.
