the former of part-fluted tapering moulded oval form and with gadrooned rims and reeded bracket handles, maker's initials T.L. & E.M., Birmingham 1899 - length of sugar basin 5¾in. (14.50cm.) overall, the latter decorated with spiral fluting, beading and foliage and with crimped border, Henry Marston, Chester 1896 - 8.75oz. (3)
