A Victorian four-piece tea and coffee service
of panelled compressed pear shape and on scrolling foliate feet, each engraved with arabesques and vacant cartouches and with scroll handles, the teapot and coffee pot with panelled rising curved spouts and domed hinged covers with flower finials, the milk jug and sugar basin gilt-lined, Messrs. Barnard, London 1851 and 1852 - height of coffee pot 10¾in. (27.25cm.), 68.25oz.
