A turquoise glazed composition shabti, with two vertical columns of hieroglyphs on the front reading 'Prophet of Atum, Ankh-P..(?)', holding crook and flail, with seed basket over left shoulder, back pillar behind and integral rectangular base, mounted; and another similar, green, with single column of hieroglyphs reading '(Priestly Title) Wen-nefer, Ptah-weser..., born of the Mistress of the House, Ast-ir-kaes', mounted -- 4¾in. (12.1cm.) and 4 7/8in. (12.4cm.) high respectively, Late Period/Ptolemiac, 7th-3rd Century B.C.
