A black-topped red ware shallow pottery bowl, with black polished interior, rounded base -- 5¼in. (14cm.) diam., Naqada II-III, circa 3500-3100 B.C.; and a stamped mud brick, with twin cartouche of Men-kheper-ra (Piye) and Ast-em-khebi impressed into the upper surface, in two parts, encased in fitted wooden box -- 14½ x 6¾in.
