of oval form and with beaded borders, tapering angular spout, ivory scroll handle and domed hinged cover with oval ivory finial, bright-cut with floral and foliate swags and wave friezes, each side with an oval cartouche engraved with two crests, maker's initials I.K., possibly John King, London 1785, incuse mark - 5½in.
