A late Victorian Irish four-piece tea and coffee service
of baluster form and on openwork bead and scrolling foliate feet, each chased and embossed with flowers, foliage and C-scrolls and engraved with a crest, the coffee pot and teapot with mask-chased rising curved spouts with bird's head terminals and domed hinged covers with finials modelled as birds with outstretched wings, maker's initials B.L., Dublin 1895 - height of coffee pot 10¾in. (27.25cm.), 80.75oz., with a similar electroplated tea kettle on a stand with burner.
