A slender tapering vase with short slightly everted neck, painted and gilt with shaped panels of ladies and children at leisure before a pavilion in a mountainous landscape, ladies boarding a punt in a river landscape and a family group in conversation, all on a ground of trailing flowers and leaves, the shoulder with gilt butterflies on a rust coloured ground -- 12in.
