Applied with gilt-metal mounts, of serpentine form, the geometric and floral-inlaid frieze centred with an oval of trailing floral tendrils with a similar decorated panel door below centred with an oval panel of pietra dura depicting a bird perched amongst cherry branches, flanked by panelled sides, on a shaped plinth base with turned feet
