pressed tinplate, riders detailed on lithographed and embossed paper, weighted clockwork mechanism to rear of frame, weight embossed 'Gebraichs-Muster Bo.7747', in original box, 1890s (F, some rusting, one rider lacks both sides of head, one lacks one side of head)

Lot Essay

This lot belonged originaly to Willie Davis who died in 1895 aged 8 years and 10 months. The box interior details his name and address; with the lot there is an original Christmas card and photocopy of his memorial card.
