of five bays and three stories, 2 bay windows and steps up to front door on ground floor, opening at the front to reveal six rooms with metal fireplaces, internal doors and some original floor and wallpapers, wooden dresser in kitchen, hall, staircase and landings - 37in. 94cm. high, 16½.in. 42cm. deep, 32in. 81cm. wide, probably by G. & J. Lines; and a quantity of furniture and accessories including a soft metal swinging cradle, gilt metal pieces including a clock, a coal scuttle and piano by Rock & Grainer, a painted metal water can, a wicker cradle and doll's house dolls (a lot)
