signed on the telescope Stienheil in Mnchen, with sighting tube, adjustable slit, prism table, adjustable eyepiece with illuminating lamp, the chimney mounted on an extending arm raised on a tapering pillar support, the tripod stand with bone feet, in mahogany case with accessory drawer -- 16in. (40.7cm.) high (prism missing)
