by Charles Baker London No. 1444, with quadruple nose-piece, adjustable eyepieces, the mechanical stage with sub-stage condenser and attachments, with rack and pinion focusing and micrometer fine adjustment, the lower limb with plano-concave mirror, the body-limb with axis supported on the shaped stand, with nine various eyepieces by Baker, Swift and Zeiss, four objectives, various other accessories and a grey-enamelled and satin-chrome-finished projectolux attachment for micro-projection and microscope illumination, with associated instruction book, a transformer by Ernst Leitz, and a bench pillar stand by Beck, with associated cross-bar attachment, the microscope contained in a fitted mahogany case with carrying handle -- 18in.
