A pair of famille rose double gourd vases and pierced shaped stands painted and gilt with roundels of cockerels, hens and chicks in fenced gardens, mandarin ducks on riverbanks and geese beside chrysanthemums and plantain, all on a gilt grounds further decorated with lotus, peonies, prunus, wisteria and lilies -- 10½in. (26.5cm.) high overall, iron-red Qianlong seal marks.
