the former comprising: an example for "Port" of shaped oval form and with openwork border and replacement metal chain, bearing maker's initials and lion passant stamps only, Hester Bateman, London, the second example for "Claret" of beaded rounded oblong form, Elizabeth Morley, London 1811, the pair of plated examples formed as vine leaves with die-stamped veins, one pierced: "Rum", the other "Brandy".
