A Westerwald jug, oviform with short ribbed cylindrical neck and foot, with incised and applied frieze of roses and foliage on curvilinear reeded stems, the reserve in blue and manganese, 18th century (chips to rim and handle) -- 18cm. high; and another Westerwald jug with hinged pewter cover, 18th century (handle damaged)
