A Delft blue and white gilt bronze mounted punch bowl painted to the interior with a circular reserve of blue sponge decorated trees, to the exterior with rustic figures in rocky landscape flanked by sponge decorated trees, a village in the distance, the mounts with a gadrooned rim supporting bracket handles with scrolls suspending tassles, on a square pedestal base with fluted canted corners, early 18th century, (small rim chips, small firing crack to rim, unglazed patch to the well, minor wear, foot reduced, splits to mounts at pedestal) -- 25.5cm. diam.
