A pair of Arita blue and white dishes painted with peonies and chrysanthemums among rockwork in fenced gardens within border panels of further peonies, bamboo and blossoming prunus -- 14½in. (37cms) diam, 18th century, (one with hairline rim cracks and slight glaze crackling to underside).
