A Chinese blue and white flaring cylindrical jardiniere with everted rim, painted with birds perched on rockwork among peonies, the reverse with two bats in flight -- 9 7/8in. (25cms) diam, underglaze blue Daoguang seal mark and of the Period, (small firing crack to rim).
