A large Cantonese flattened octagonal vase with ruyi head handles, everted rim and slightly flaring stepped foot, painted and gilt with moulded panels of dignitaries and ladies before terraces in rocky tree strewn gardens, all on a ground of scattered precious objects and fruit and flower sprays -- 23¾in. (60.3cm.) high.
