A Kakiemon rectangular box and cover with moulded figures and a recumbent dog to the top, painted and gilt with blossoming prunus, peonies and bamboo -- 4½in. (11.5cms) wide, (one tier missing, two moulded figure missing); a Kakiemon dish with sprays ofpeonies, pomegnates, prunus and bamboo issuing from rockwork -- 8 3/8in. (21.2cms) diam, (hairline cracks and chip); and a Kakiemon dish similarly decorated -- 5in. (12.7cms) diam, (damaged), 18th century.
