An English delft blue and white plate
possibly Liverpool, painted to the centre with flowering prunus and peonies issuing from an urn on a table, the border with flowers issuing from stylised rockwork, the reverse with stylised foliage, blue mark, circa 1760 (minor chips and flakes to rim) -- 23.3cm. diam.
