the case with breakarch hood with later cresting, brass-capped outset columns, arched trunk door (hinges broken), on skirted plinth, the white painted dial signed above the arch BENJ. SUDLOW YARMOUTH, with scene painted below of a rustic walking through a stream with his donkey, with cattle and sheep drinking nearby, the dial painted with rose spandrels, subsidiary seconds ring (hand detached) and date aperture, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement, unstamped falseplate, associated, restorations -- 81in.
