signed on the brass dial W. Felmingham, Bungay, the primary dial divided with an outer scale 0-40, a second scale 1-8, the inner scale 1-24 sub-divided by 3, with subsidiary dial divided 0-100 and sub-divided into fifths, with an eight-spoke iron-tyred wheel -- 32in. (81.3lcm.) diameter, with horn-shaped handles; and a cutting from The Times newspaper discussing estate waywisers, dated September 15 1962
