Autograph letter signed ("Emin Bey") to an unnamed gentleman, one page, 8°, in German, London, 25 September 1879.
Stating that Mr Lupton informed him that one can buy good second hand chronometers for good value in a shop in London called Hodgson's and inquiring whether it would be possible for Mr Wilson to visit that shop and buy some for him, "Wäre es wohl möglich dass Mr. Wilson sich um so Etwas für mich umsieht u. sofort schreibt, damit ich ihm Geld anweise?" He ends by saying that there is no news from Uganda and requests the recipient to send letters and detailed descriptions from his trip.
