A large Chinese cloisonne censer
with gilt-bronze lion-mask and loose-ring handles and three similar feet, decorated to the interior with a central coiled full-faced dragon chasing a flaming pearl among clouds within a band of scrolling lotus interspersed with Buddhist emblems on a pale blue ground, the yellow ground exterior similarly decorated below a band of ruyi-heads to the rim -- 14¾.in (37.5cm) diam, early 19th Century.
