The case surmounted by an urn finial issuing from leaves and mounted with a jasperware relief plaque of a Roman soldier, with further foliate mounts trailing to the sides and below the dum-shaped case, on breakfront base, the gilt dial with individual white enamel Roman chapters and jasperware centre, steel trefoil hands, stamped to the back of the case P.H. MOUREY, the twin barrel movement with countwheel strike on bell; one jasperware mount lacking; on ebonised plinth and under glass dome (cracked)
