The arched case with moulded cornice and gilt-brass urn finials, tapered panel to the front and arched tracery sound frets below ring handles to the sides, with ripple border to the rectangular base, on bun feet, white painted Roman dial (re-painted), the twin wire fusee movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell, pull trip repeat, pendulum holdfast to the backplate -- 19in. (48.5cm.) high
