A PAIR OF LARGE EMPIRE STYLE BRONZE AND ORMOLU TWELVE LIGHT CHANDELIERS, 20TH CENTURY
Each mounted with four standing female figures, classically draped, supporting the open domed coronas, cast with friezes of anthemion and palmette motifs above the circular bun-shaped wells applied to the undersides with red and black painted panels depicting the signs of the zodiac, within moulded slips encircling sprays of anthemion motifs centred by stiff-leaf wrapped pineapple terminals, the upper wells applied with collars of ribbon bound laurel ornament, the radiating branches modelled as fluted cornucopiae cast with acanthus and anthemion ornament
