A delft blue and white dish
probably Bristol, painted with a bird and insects among flowers by stylised rockwork before pagodas, the well with concentric circles within a blue ground border reserved with quatrefoil panels of stylised branches, with and brick-red line rim, the reverse with a star and dash band, painted 3 mark, circa 1730-40 (chip and flaking to rim) -- 33.5cm. diam.
