A late 17th early 18th Century gold and rock crystal Memento Mori cross pendant,
the double sided cross with faceted rock crystal sections enclosing on one side plaited hair, applied wirework monogram at each arm and with Viscounts coronet above (dislodged) the other with single wirework monogram and skull and cross-bones at each arm, the base with additional oval locket compartment with plaited hair under faceted rock crystal, to an articulated coronet suspension, probably English.
