The case surmounted by the figure of Napoleon about to fire a cannon, mounted to the front angles with displayed eagles trailing floral swags to the front and sides, with anthemion cast gallery to the rectangular base on block feet, the bezel cast as a drapery and laurel leaf swag and modelled with a medal, framed by relief figures of angels, the silvered Roman dial (replaced) with steel moon hands, the twin barrel movement with silk suspension and countwheel strike on bell
