Lot Essay

The abridgement of Duhamel du Monceau's Treatise on Naval Architecture has a separate title page, pagination and register. The two errata leaves have been bound before Du Monceau's treatise, while the Table of Difference has been bound aftewards. In common with other copies, this copy lacks the last leaf.
