with button finial, painted and gilt with numerous poets seated in an interior, all on a gold ground, the interior with numerous lines of calligraphy -- 3in. (7.5cm.) high, signed Kutani yaki, wood stand; and a shaped bowl and cover with panels of ladies at leisure, cranes in flight and river landscape scenes -- 3in. (7.5cm.) high, signed Takada sei.
