painted and heavily gilt with numerous warriors in combat on horseback and on foot on the banks of a river before pavilions and trees, all within a border of confronting dragons and mon on a geometric ground -- 12½in. (30.7cm.) diam, signed Dai Nihon Satsuma Kinkoku sei Tokozan, (minor gilt and enamel rubbing.)
