Seventeen architectural details of Persepolis; views of Governor's Palace at Shiraz; Tomb of Shaik [?S]adee, the Persian poet, Shiraz; the walls of Shiraz; and 'Part of City of Masked, with Mosque of Ima[?um] Reza'.

Pesce became active in photography in 1848 when he emigrated to Persia to become commander-in-chief of the Persian infantry where he documented the country and it's people. See Perez, Focus East, pp. 203-4
