A CYPRIOT BICHROME WARE POTTERY JUG, the body on ring foot, with short neck and pinched lip, decorated around the neck with single wavy line and dark band below, the body with encircling purple band and dark painted lines, the handle with painted band extending into large curl below; another similar, smaller -- 10 5/8 in. (27 cm.) and 8 in. (20.3 cm.) high respectively; and a jug decorated with concentric umber bands at either side, the cylindrical neck with flaring rim, a cross motif below the neck and beneath the handle -- 7½ in. (19 cm.) high, all Iron Age, circa 750-600 B.C. (3)
