Applied with gilt-metal and brass mounts, the six Pietra Dura panels inlaid with specimen marbles, depicting birds perched on flowering branches and flower-filled urns, the superstructure fitted with two panelled doors enclosing a shelf with two drawers below, the projecting base fitted with a frieze drawer centred with a tablet applied with a jovial mask and scrolling foliage mounts, on collared fluted turned tapering legs terminating in brass caps and castors
