A rare telescopic or pocket sliding fan in original box by Clarke & Co., the leaf painted with classical borders and flowers, some applied and with an oval stipple engraving of a mother sewing whilst her children wind wool, with bone sticks, the guardsticks carved with flowers - 7in (18cm.) closed, 10in.
