inlaid in coloured soapstone and mother-of-pearl with numerous birds including mandarin ducks, cockerels and chicks, egrets, phoenix and other birds among maple and peonies issuing from rockwork within gold lacquer floral borders above four mythical animals, the reverse painted with flowersprigs -- 72.in (183cm) high.
