of three bays and two storyes, painted to simulate brickwork with wingows at front and back, opening onto four rooms with original wall, floor, fireplaces, curtains, blinds and garden furniture, chattels of various periods including: soft metal cradle and pram; umberella stand; chromolithographic on wood chirs; a set of drawing room furniture upholstered in brown leather; tinplate baths and hot water jug; six dolls' house dolls; Waltershausen pieces; basketwork including cradles -- house 32½in. (92½cm.) wide, 26½in. (67cm.) deep, 47in. (120cm.) high, circa 1860
