The first late 16th Century, probably German
The first with spike of stiff diamond section, crescentic axe-blade, and triangular fluke (side-straps missing), on later staff; the second of cast iron (defective) based on a halberd of the French royal Swiss guard; the third also of iron cast with classical decoration in relief (defective); the last with brass-bound wooden staff (incomplete)
