the border with an applied band chased with Buckingham Palace, the Coronation Coach and Westminster Abbey and the legend, "E.II R. 1953", made to commemorate the Coronation of H.M. Queen Elizabeth; and a further silver thimble, the border applied with a band depicting in relief Westminster Abbey, roses and foliage and a Coat of Arms, made to commemorate the wedding of Princess Anne to Captain Mark Phillips,
both English, James Swann, Birmingham 1953 and 1972 -- both 2.4cms
