with four appendages comprising: a cotton holder, a pin cushion, a needle-holder and an ivory-leaved note-pad; and a gilt-metal chatelaine clip cast and pierced with scrollwork and engraved with flowers, with two appendages comprising a matching note-pad and an ormulu thimble holder (2)
