The first Qianlong, the other 19th Century
The oval tureen and cover painted on the body and cover with four flower clusters bordered by an elaborate composite border including swags, foliage and overlapping lozenges, the inner base and cover with a flower-spray, knop finial (rim crack to the cover), 22.3 cm wide; and a circular tureen and cover decorated with stems of lotus, peony, chrysanthemum and prunus issuing from grassy mounds, 18.5 cm diam.
