The wine-red field with a counterposed design of spiralling tendrils issuing flowerheads and larger palmettes together with serrated leaves and cloudband, in a deep sea-green border of palmettes linked by delicate flowering and leafy tendrils between inner lappet and outer linked roundel and minor stripes, even wear, very slight loss of outer stripe, minimal repair and repiling
