The shaded tomato-red field, with a design taken from European needlework of six columns of dense floral sprays including a wide variety of flowers, in a deep indigo border of rococo golden scrolls enclosing rose sprays between ivory floral meander and minor mill-pattern stripes, striped flat-woven strip at each end, very slight staining, slight repairs to selvage
