On shaped oval foot chased to simulate foaming waves from which emerge hippocamps and sea nymphs, the standing nymph detachable, the wave stem supporting a large nautilus shell with dolphin and seated Neptune finial, marked on base and detachable figure, the base stamped 'R & S GARRARD PANTON ST LONDON'
