The mottled indigo, light blue, sea-green and brown field scattered with small flowerheads and a variety of red "snakes" around five small concentric striped octagonal panels, in a panelled border of rosettes alternating with serrated leaves with inner panelled palmette lattice and minor golden yellow flowerhead stripes, innermost striped shield and jewellery motif and outer red geometric stripes, even light wear, creaselines, crude old repair in field
