The second signed Shozan and kao, Edo Period (19th Century)
The tray decorated in gilt hirazogan and takazogan with a man riding a catfish jumping out of turbulent sea, the borders with scrolling foliage; the kogo decorated in gold and silver hiramakie, takamakie, togidashi, kirigane and ivory inlay on a fundame ground with a lady seated by a desk on the terrace under the full moon, the interior okibirame on a roironuri ground with two swans, minute old damage
